I hate to bring this up again, but the music from your place kept me up half the night.

Oh no, I had no idea it was that loud from your side of the wall.
Neighbor
Seriously, it was still going strong at one in the morning.
Jamie
I'm really sorry about that, I guess I lost track of time while unpacking boxes.
Neighbor
I get it, moving is stressful, but these walls are thinner than they look.
Jamie
Honestly, back home the buildings were way more soundproof than this one.
Neighbor
Not really, most apartments around here have this same problem with noise.
Jamie
That's good to know, I'll definitely turn things down after ten from now on.
Neighbor
That would help a lot, especially since I start work really early these days.
Jamie
No way, I didn't realize your shift started that early, that changes things.
Neighbor
Exactly, so even a little consideration would honestly make a huge difference for me.

I could also grab some cheap rugs to muffle the sound a bit more.
