You'd lose two months' rent as a penalty, unless you find someone to take over the lease.
Tenant
Wait, really? That seems pretty steep for someone who just moved to a new country.
Landlord
I get it, but landlords need some protection too, especially with foreign tenants who might leave suddenly.
Tenant
Fair enough, I suppose. What about utilities, are those included in the rent?
Landlord
